Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dead Sea Store, we are committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of quality for our products and ingredients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@deadseastorejo.com to request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date the request is received.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including:

  • Original, unmarked packaging

  • All accessories

  • Product labels

  • Free gifts or bonus items

  • Any documentation shipped with the product

In the interest of hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse the return of products if it is evident that appropriate hygiene measures have not been followed.

If the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund using the original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges (including the original shipping costs invoiced).
